Chefs night at hotel Cattaro - Olivia Meli!

Corona has slowed us down but it can't stop us. We announce new date for serial CHEFS NIGHT! On Saturday 14th November at 21h we are hosting Olivia Meli, chef of the restaurant MUSE - Villa Geba Sveti Stefan, that has prepared 7 course menu which will be followed by 6 different wines of KAMNIK winery from Skoplje. Olivia Meli, chef of the restaurant MUSE, is a young uprising star on Montenegrin gastro scene. She started her culinary experience in Australia, then France where she worked in several restaurants with Michelin stars. Her mentors were some of the greatest names of world gastro scene like: Joel Robuchon, Emmanuel Renaut and Guy Martin. Her style is inspired by French cuisine and local ingredients, completed with creativity and elegance.
Wines of winery Kamnik are well known by its quality! The best proof is this year DECANTER 2020 where Vranac of their winery has announced to be the best wine in central and eastern Europe and has won the prize Grand Trophy. We will have the opportunity to taste 6 of their labels.
