Chef's night at hotel Cattaro - Gregor Vracko

After the winter break, the Chef's Night series continues on March 5, 2024, with a guest appearance by renowned Slovenian chef Gregor Vračko. The owner and chef of the Hiša Denk restaurant (www.hisadenk.si), which has held a Michelin star for several years, will bring us the flavors and aromas of Slovenian cuisine presented in a fine dining manner.
Gregor has perfected his knowledge worldwide, enabling him to create technically perfect dishes with fantastic flavors, all without excessive philosophizing. As he would say, perfection lies in simplicity.
For a complete experience, we have paired the dishes prepared by Gregor with wines from one of the best Slovenian wineries, Jakončić from the Goriška Brda region (www.jakoncic.eu). We will taste their sparkling wine, sweet Aralda wine, fantastic Pinot Noir, and the indispensable red and white labels of Caroline, which are their signature.
The price for a six-course dinner with six wines is €100.
