Dinner with Michelin star chef Gregor Vracko
Dear Friends,
After the summer break, the Chef's Night series resumes on November 12, 2024, featuring the renowned Slovenian chef, Gregor Vračko. Gregor is the owner and head chef of Hiša Denk (www.hisadenk.si), a Michelin-starred restaurant. He will bring us the flavors and aromas of Slovenian cuisine, presented in a fine dining style.
Gregor has perfected his craft across the globe, allowing him to create technically flawless dishes with outstanding flavors—without overcomplicating things. As he likes to say, "Simplicity is perfection."
To complete the experience, we've paired Gregor's dishes with wines from one of Slovenia's finest wineries, Jakončić from Goriška Brda (www.jakoncic.eu). You'll get to taste their sparkling wine, the sweet Araldu, the fantastic Pinot Noir, as well as their signature red and white Caroline labels.
Price: €100 for a 6-course dinner paired with 6 wines.
