On a half way between Kotor and Herceg Novi, in Boka bay, there is a little place called Morinj. Since long time ago, Morinj is famous for mills where olives and grains were milled. Time took its toll and Morinj mills, as old customs, were hit by the same faith- oblivion. 20 years ago and with a lot of love and work, Lazar Catovic has made supreme tavern, out of only one mill and family house, owned by family Catovic more than 200 years. What separates CATOVICA MLINI from other mills is Lazar's idea to keep it in its entirety as created by the residents and nature. That is why all the works regarding the tavern are done in compliance with tradition, culture and carefully chosen details. Thanks to his vision, mill still lives.
