Our favorite dish from the new menu at Living Room
We recently attended a presentation of the new menu at The Living Room lounge and dining, part of the CUE hotel. Chef Stefan Djukanović has prepared truly diverse dishes and specialties, and we are confident that you will enjoy the flavors of Arabic, French, and Moroccan cuisine.
Djukanović entered the culinary world at a young age and, by the age of 33, had the opportunity to prepare food with masters of his craft, such as Jamie Oliver, Susur Lee, and Guy Fieri.
His culinary skills have not left numerous international celebrities indifferent, such as Jean Reno, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Mick Jagger, Marko Jarić, Nikola Vučević, for whom he was a personal chef this summer. The same applies to the Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the brother of the President of the United Arab Emirates. Djukanović has been his head chef for the past three years before returning to CUE Podgorica, where he has been part of the team since its opening.
