About Our Guest
Vesko Knežević is the executive chef of Protokol restaurant in Podgorica, with extensive experience from Italy (Tuscany, Sicily, Alto Adige) and some of Podgorica’s finest restaurants: Maša, Bahus, Primicia, AND1, and Imanje Knjaz.
For this special evening, he has prepared exquisite seafood and meat specialties, expertly paired with premium wines.

Our wine selection comes from Radević Winery (www.radevicestate.com), renowned for its premium wines and exclusive cognacs. Guests will have the opportunity to taste seven carefully selected wines, including orange wine and Montenegro’s first "Port-style wine," as well as a limited-edition cognac.
