About us

Restaurant ''Kod Pera na Bukovicu'' is the oldest object of such type in Montenegro which got permission to operate back in 1881. and, since it continuously works. Restaurant is owned by family Milosevic who are also its founders. Restaurant got his name in the honor of one of the main founders, Pera Milosevica, who made this tavern famous on Balkan and beyond.After his retirement the business was inherited by his daughter in law Zorka, who was many years the owner of the place so people started to call it ''U Zorke''. Then tradition went on and the restaurant was inherited by her son Branislav. All employees are the family members so guest reception and their treatment is also very friendly and kind. Tavern is located in village called ''Njegusi'', by the old road that leads from Cetinje over Njegusi to Kotor (15km from Cetinje and 30km from direction of Kotor), at 1150mnv in natural mountain environment. It owns three terraces settled in the shade of elm, lime and cherry with the capacity of 220 seatings. In the interior, which remained intact during all these years, can fit up to 30 persons. There is also parking space, convenient for buses as well. Within the object there is an old drier in which meat products are prepared on traditional manner and guests have the possibility of visiting and, with the glass of domestic brandy, hear something about the process of preparation of these products. We definitely recommend house specialty ''Medovina'' (drink prepared on the basis of honey with low alcohol percentage). You also have the option of ordering meals in advance. The personnel speaks: english, italian, french, german and russian language. If you wish to rest and relax in natural mountain environment we are the best possible place for you!
